There has been a WIND CHILL ADVISORY issued to start from 4pm Wednesday to 4pm Thursday

ISSUED: 9:08 PM JAN. 29, 2019 – NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE

WIND CHILL ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM WEDNESDAY TO 4 PM EST THURSDAY... 

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chill values are forecast to drop around 20 below zero.

* WHERE...Carbon County and Monroe County in Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From 4:00 PM Wednesday until 4:00 PM Thursday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The windy cold conditions could result in frostbite
on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS
ACTIONS... A Wind Chill Advisory means the cold and wind will combine to
create low wind chill values. Frostbite and hypothermia can occur if
precautions are not taken. Make sure to dress in layers and wear a warm hat
and gloves.
